Mark founded TriState in 1997 after seeing the need for a company that excels in soil erosion control, sediment control and site work. It was in 1997 that Mark first penned our mission: to secure and protect our earth's soil and waterways and to provide sound, state of the art construction services in the most positive and economical manner.

Randy Smith

Controller

Currently pursuing a Masters in Leadership from Liberty University, Randy has extensive administrative experience. At TriState, Randy oversees the AP and AR Departments, certified payrolls, HR, legal, our online presence, & any administrative issues that arise.
